Without regard to how you obtained it, you may not sell this copies
of this software, except for duplication costs without the express
written permission of Ron McNeill (hereafter known as RAMWare
SoftWare!).
Bulletin Board Services and PC User Groups can freely distribute
this program. They should, however, inform RAMWare SoftWare that they
are doing so, so I can make sure you have the latest version
(membership dues to a BBS and/or User Group do not apply to the above
charge limits as long as it's for the service and NOT the software).
This software may not be sold on software racks or CD-ROM disks without
the written permission from RAMWare SoftWare.
BBSs should not distribute a copy of this software that is more than
24 months old (this is determined by the EXE date) contact RAMWare
SoftWare! for a more current version.
The files contained in the archive (RBS40.ARJ) must not be modified or
adapted in any way. All files in the archive must be distributed together.
No files may be removed or added (except a BBS ad or Demo) to the archive.
If this software is distributed via floppy, the same applies to the
distribution disk.
If you have a diskette, and want to archive the contents for
distribution, the archive file must be named RBS40.*. ALL files on the
diskette MUST be distributed in the archive. The most popular of the
archivers seems to be PKZIP 2.04g (Copyright by PKWARE) it's available as
Shareware (which means you MUST register it) from just about any BBS.
This software may not be represented as anything other than Shareware,
and the user must be made fully aware of his/her obligation to purchase
this software.
You must stop distributing this software upon notification of RAMWare
SoftWare for any reason whatsoever.
